Customer Pick-Up Order Information
The majority of our candle and soap making supplies are purchased online or by phone or fax, with UPS delivery. However, we do allow for customer pick up in order to save the customer money on shipping. We do have a few guidelines that we must enforce for customers that are picking up their orders at our location.
Store Hours For Pick-Up Orders Are:
Tuesday - Friday
10 AM - 3:30 PM
We accept call-in orders Mon - Fri 8AM - 3:30 PM CST
Please note that our Customer Pick-up dept. closes sharply at 3:30 PM daily.

We are not able to allow for customer pick up on Mondays, so absolutely no customer pick up orders on Mondays. Our store is closed to pick up orders on Monday. Customers that visit us on Mondays will have two options, they can either pick up their order later in the week or they can have it shipped to them by UPS. Please note that customers placing an order at our location on a Monday will not be leaving with their supplies that day. The reason we can not fill walk-in orders on Monday is because we must process all of the internet orders that came in during the weekend. That process takes us all of Monday and most of Tuesday. We simply do not have enough staff on Monday's to handle the walk up business too.

Our pick up center is open only during the hours of 10 AM - 4 PM CST Tuesday - Friday. We hope that you understand due to staffing limitations, no exceptions can be made to these hours.

All pick-up orders must be called in at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us time to pull your order and it also gives us time to ensure that we have the merchandise you want in stock before you make the trip.

Please do not show up expecting to leave with supplies without calling in your order first. We want and we need your business but we must process orders as we receive them. Mondays are used to fill internet orders that came in all weekend long from our web site shopping cart. We must fill orders on a first come, first serve basis, that is the only fair method to use. For customers that show up Tuesday - Friday without calling in an order, we will take your order but it will be processed in the order which we received it, which means there is a possibility that your order won't be ready the same day you came.

There is a $75.00 minimum order for pick ups that is strictly enforced. However, we only have a $15 minimum order when placing your order online or by phone with UPS delivery.

We are closed on weekends.

All of our customer pick up rules come down to one basic move. Phone us first, we will appreciate it and so will you. We love our little town of Kaplan, but there is nothing to do here while waiting hours for an order to be processed.
